Your $200 booking deposit is generally non-refundable, subject to your cancellation terms and your legal rights. |

Postponements |
Your payment can be transferred to another mutually available date, subject to your agreement. |

Travel |
Additional travel costs may apply outside your standard Auckland service area. |
Refunds
Where agreed and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded into your nominated bank account within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
